Vision Trips

As a Child Ambassador, you will have the unique opportunity to earn a trip to see firsthand the work World Vision does to bring hope to children and their families living in poverty.

Child Ambassadors who connect 100 or more children with sponsors in one year (Oct-Sept) can earn a trip to the field. World Vision will cover the cost of your flight, food and accommodations*.

In past years, Child Ambassadors have visited countries like Zambia, Rwanda and Guatemala!

In 2011, the Vision Trip took us to the Dominican Republic. Check out photos from the trip or read about the incredible experience of our Child Ambassadors.

This year, qualified Child Ambassadors will be going to India!

*The value of a trip to a World Vision project is taxable income to you. World Vision will add 35% to the trip cost for taxes. The taxable income reported to you, the IRS and any other applicable taxing authority will be the value of the trip and the 35% additional that will be paid to you. We will provide you more information as needed, but we are not able to give you tax advice.
